Europe's Foremost Independent Enterprise Architecture Conference is Co-located with the Business Process Management Conference Europe 2011
EAC Europe has always offered a broad, practical perspective on enterprise architecture, presenting it as an enabler of overall business coherence and flexibility, as well as a discipline that improves efficiency and effectiveness of investments in IT. This year is no different. The 'EA Experiences' track features many eminent practitioners with stories to tell based on their experiences in large organizations, while the 'EA Approaches' track contains sessions offering solid and authoritative advice from experts in the field, as well as some innovative new ideas. The Business Architecture track that we have put together in collaboration with the BPM conference team will be of particular interest to those delegates who are looking to extend the boundaries of EA beyond IT.
The speakers are a mixture of established leaders in the field who provide continuity in the development of EA practice, and fresh faces presenting interesting new developments. As usual, there is a chance to hear and meet John Zachman, one of the founding fathers of Enterprise Architecture. This year, we also have speakers from non-EA disciplines such as Business Strategy and Organization Design.
The event is structured to accommodate delegates at all levels and in all types of organization. The pre-conference day delivers a uniquely varied range of in-depth learning sessions run by experienced practitioners and leaders in their field. The conference exhibition and sponsored talks offer further opportunities to gain valuable knowledge and insights from those providing EA tools and services.
